Plan a safari hereIs Bandhavgarh really the best park for a tiger sighting?
By density, yes — it posts the highest tiger-per-square-kilometre figures of any reserve we operate in, and the Tala zone in particular has one of the most reliable sighting records in the country.
Which zone should I book — Tala, Magadhi or Khitauli?
Tala is the classic high-density zone and our default recommendation; Magadhi and Khitauli see fewer vehicles if you'd rather trade some odds for a calmer drive.
Why is Bandhavgarh further from Nagpur than your other parks?
It sits well north in Madhya Pradesh, closer to Jabalpur and Khajuraho than to Nagpur. Most guests fly into Jabalpur rather than routing through Nagpur — ask us about that connection when planning.
Can I combine Bandhavgarh with Kanha?
Yes — the two are a natural pairing on a Madhya Pradesh circuit, roughly a 4-hour road transfer apart, and it's one of our more popular multi-park routes for guests already flying into Jabalpur.
What's the history behind the fort inside the reserve?
Bandhavgarh Fort dates back over 2,000 years and sits on a hilltop within the core zone itself — several safari routes pass beneath its ramparts, a detail most first-time guests don't expect from a tiger reserve.
